Nandu Nandoskar founded NN Associates in 1992 to provide Occupational Safety and Rehabilitation services to the industry.

Nandu was instrumental in developing innovative projects such as Job Dictionary for the Hospitality Industry, sponsored by WorkCover SA, which are now replicated for other industries such as nursing etc.

In 1989 Nandu developed pre-employment functional screenings which is now used by a number of small and large employers.

Since its inception in 1992, NN Associates has now grown to a multi-disciplinary team of several consultants specialising in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Health Nursing, Occupational Health & Safety, Human Movement and Exersice Physiology.
