Nandu Nandoskar founded NN Associates in 1992 to provide Occupational Safety and Rehabilitation services to the industry.

Since arriving in Adelaide in 1983, Nandu has worked in the Workers Compensation Industry. Nandu has completed both under-graduate and post-graduate Degrees in Occupational Therapy. He has been involved in various executive bodies including Safety Institute of Australia, Ergonomics Society of Australia, Occupational Therapy Association, Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association in the past.

Nandu was instrumental in developing innovative projects such as Job Dictionary for the Hospitality Industry, sponsored by WorkCover SA, which are now in the process of being replicated for other industries.

In 1989 Nandu developed pre-employment functional screenings for a large Hospital; a tool which is now used by a number of small and large employer groups.

Nandu has kept abreast of the international dynamics in Forensic and General rehabilitation through his numerous courses in USA. Nandu also has completed Ergonomic Studies from USA.

Currently he is a Board Member of the South Australian Occupational Therapy Board and also represents on numerous WorkCover SA subcommittees.

Nandu is a fanatic cricketer, with interest in other sports such as Tennis, badminton, pool and is partial to good red wines and food.

Since its inception in 1992, NN Associates has now grown to a multi-disciplinary team of over 15 consultants specialising in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Health Nursing and Occupational Health & Safety.

NN Associates has developed extensive networking with the Unions, legal fraternity, medical managers, employer bodies, delivering unbiased opinions/advice.
